The final position should be at your baby’s armpit. If you’re having trouble zipping the sleeves back on, try switching them.Every new mom has been there: up at all hours of the night, bloodshot eyes, rocking her baby and one-handed-Googling 'how to get my baby to sleep” trying to figure out what exactly this tiny human needs.Īlmost ten years ago, I was in the same situation-guessing at what my baby needed to sleep peacefully at night. What to look for: When reattaching the sleeves, the zipper should start at the back of the product and zip over the baby’s shoulder to the front. If your baby is used to being swaddled with their arms down, out, or in the mesh sleeves, you'll want to gradually transition to using the Zen One with arms free by only removing one sleeve at a time. This allows for your baby to have range of movement with their arms and helps ease the transition from a swaddle to an arms free solution. Option 4: Arms free, with zip-off sleevesįor a baby that has shown signs of beginning to roll over, or just likes their arms to be completely free, we recommend using the Zen One with one or both mesh sleeves removed. The breathable mesh is quick drying and will keep your baby dry and comfortable during the night. The mesh sleeves will allow you to keep their arms in but visible. If you have a baby that loves to self-soothe and have access to their hands, using the Zen One with arms in mesh sleeves is the best option for your baby. Option 3: Hands in mesh sleeves for thumb-suckers This also prevents the product from riding up on a squirmy baby. What to look for: When the secure band is not being used to position the baby’s hands by their sides, it should be secured comfortably around the baby’s belly. This allows your baby to move their hands into the mesh sleeves during the night as they wiggle, but still keep them contained within the swaddle. Simply wrap the band around your baby’s waist and leave their arms down by their sides, then zip up the swaddle. If you have a baby that likes a bit more freedom and moves a lot during sleep, but still needs to be tightly swaddled, use the Zen One with arms free and down. Option 2: Arms free and down, with band around the waist This will ensure that the product does not ride up as the baby moves. What to look for: When placing your baby in the product, make sure the product neckline falls right at the base of baby's neck. Then, zip up the Zen One swaddle and let your little one drift off to sleep. Simply wrap the band around their lower arms, making sure it is tight enough to prevent their arms from wiggling up. If you have a newborn who is experiencing the startle reflex, the best way to use the Zen One is to fasten the inside secure band to swaddle their arms down. Transitioning babies: Removable sleeves allow one or both arms out for range of movement. See Option 1 or Option 2.Īctive sleepers: Breathable mesh sleeves keep arms in but visible. Newborns : Secure bands holds arms down to prevent startle reflex. How do I know which way I should use the Zen One™ with my baby? Learn the 4 ways to use the Zen One swaddle and which one is right for your baby’s current sleep stage below. Why? Because it’s our most versatile product yet. The Zen One is the only swaddle you’ll ever need from birth to rolling over.

This administration center can be used to manage user accounts and mailboxes, configure the Office 365 cloud environment, monitor statistics, and so on. Microsoft Office 365 is categorized as software as a service (SaaS) and provides its own Microsoft Office 365 admin center. I've attached a screen shot for an Avatar (in the upper right) with the cursor on the Manage other people feature in " Settings" for the Google Chrome browser app.Almost all cloud services that allow you to manage multiple users have a special administration interface. Now the hassle of logging in is a problem no more - this works! I hope this helps - It was frustrating to login with a different username only to be redirected to another user with their credentials from a previous login. Using the "People" feature has saved me a great deal of time and frustration. It's great! You may choose to right-click on the Chrome icon and choose the Person from the pop-up window too.Īs long as the login credentials are kept independent of one another, this provides a quick and easy way to administrate a site as Admin and then test the enduser experience as End User, or keep different people using the same PC independent of one another in the same Chrome browser app. This will open a new window with that Avatar allowing users to maintain separate login instances for unique accounts without a redirect or need to use incognito or install other browsers. When you open future Chrome browser windows, Chrome may default or remember the last user to login in, but you can click on the Avatar and choose the desired Avatar (Person) shown in the dropdown list with their credentials. Next recreate the process for a new Avatar (person) using their login credentials. Login to Office 365 using the credentials desired for that user. When you enter a new Chrome window you'll see the chosen Avatar next to the Other Options button in the upper right. In the Chrome browser first go to the Other Options (three dots) in the upper right, Settings, Manage other people, Add Person, create a name for the Person, choose an Avatar, and click Add. The same idea applies to different users altogether. I have login accounts with different permissions so that I can both administrate sites, and then go in and double-check what the end users experience with their permissions. To prevent a login redirect I use the Manage other people feature of Google Chrome on both a Mac and Win PC. Doesn't matter how many times I clear my cache for the Microsoft sites. But other browsers and incognito windows do not. There is obviously something saved in chrome between the usage of the two different computers, but it's not the normal cookies or cache as I have cleared those.ĮDIT: I was able to find the source of the redirect was a function called "GetUserRealm", and somehow, on a connected chrome browser, it finds my old company. This is also a different computer than the one I used at the other company. When in an incognito window in Chrome it does not happen, but I have tried erasing my cache and cookies in Chrome, and it still happens in my main window. Here are the before and after pictures (heavily blurred and distorted to hide the company) How can I stop this behaviour?Įdit: To clarify, when I try to login with I first get redirected to the SSO login page for that I don't have administrative permissions for either of the accounts. Whenever I try to log into Azure, I get redirected to "your organization's sign-in page", which is the SSO login page for a company I no longer work at, and thus can not login with those credentials. I now work at another company which uses Azure, but doesn't use Active Directory or Outlook etc. I used to work at a company with an Active Directory, but I no longer do. So, what was once Fox Sports Ohio is now Bally Sports Ohio and so on. One other note: Fox Sports RSNs have been rebranded as Bally Sports, because the channels are no longer owned by Fox but Sinclair, which has since partnered with casino group Bally's to rename them. The others either charge more or don't carry it at all. YouTube TV is the only service that carries MLB Network in its base package.FuboTV offers 10 RSNs for baseball, while Hulu Plus Live TV and YouTube TV offer only five. It's slim pickings for the other four services.DirecTV Stream's $90-a-month Choice package includes 28 of the 30 RSNs for baseball - all but the Phillies and Blue Jays. None of the (US-based) services carry the RSN for the Toronto Blue Jays.Refer to the individual service's details below to find out if you live in a place where you can receive a particular RSN. The RSNs above are typically only available to local subscribers.Other teams' games aren't blacked out live, which makes MLB.TV ideal for fans who want to follow one or more of the 28 or 29 teams based in other cities, aka out-of-market teams.ĪT&T SportsNet Southwest and Bally Sports Southwest If you're a Yankees fan in the New York area, for example, you can't start to watch the Yankees game until an hour and a half after the final out. Instead, they become available about 90 minutes after the game ends. The big catch with MLB.TV is the local blackout restriction: You can't watch your local team's games live. It's great for hard-core fans in general. The other option is MLB.TV, a separate service that carries every game played by every team live. If you're a baseball fan who needs your team's RSN, a cable subscription might actually be cheaper than streaming. Sling TV, a service that costs $35 a month, doesn't have any RSNs for baseball. DirecTV Stream carries the most RSNs, but you'll need to spring for its $90-a-month plan its basic $70-a-month plan doesn't include RSNs. Most such services, however, carry only a handful of the 30 RSNs that show MLB games - and they're typically the most expensive. P.S: Is there any way of using bold or italics in this forum? I'd like to highlight the names of the people I'm answering to.Chamber Music violin, piano 27 Recital Pieces from Baroque to Modern. I hope to play Sibelius one day, and I grant you that I won't check any graded list when I reach that level (I enjoyed your irony.) Anyway, I trust your word, and take into account your advice on Suzuki 2, Solos series and Reading. I know that different aspects of technique evolve at different paces, so usually I find myself learning at the same time a "Grade 6" piece and a "Grade 8" one, and maybe finding the first one more difficult, depending on the main technique involved. So I know about graded lists, and I take them quite loosely. maybe that's why I love it, and the reason why I'm starting with violin now). As you may remember from my other few posts in this forum, I play the piano as a hobby (I've always learnt with a teacher but I've never taken an official piano exam. What's next for you? Better check our studio graded list.") That scenario just does not ring true to me, it seems incredibly phony. ("Nice performance of the Sibelius Concerto last Saturday. If someone's got a violin student capable of playing anything toward the bottom of that list, then they've not looked at a graded list to help the student choose repertoire for a long time. Far better would be a list of their alumni who gained conservatory admission or who have paid, regular orchestral gigs. I think the only purpose of upholding "Dorothy DeLay's Concerto List" (or whatever) is to tell the world that they're serious. I wince when I see "graded lists" like the one Gabriel linked, because frankly it's hard to imagine the organization that published it has very many students who work their way clear to the bottom, and the list also gives the very false impression that a student would play every single piece and every single study in every method book along the way. Your technique will develop more quickly in some areas than in others, that happens to everyone.

The bulk of the E30 reared it’s ugly head on the tight and twisty roads of the Colorado mountains however, and it was actually a bit of a handful on those tight switchbacks and hairpin turns. As much as I loved driving the Corvette Stingray across the USA recently, the quiet serenity of this car would make it perfect for a long road trip such as that. I always knew that Mercedes Benz prides themselves on building cars with quiet interiors, and this E50 was no exception. Torque was plentiful and there were no issues going up steep grades. Driving west along I-70 through Denver and up into the front range of the Rocky Mountains was a pleasant experience due to how eager this car was to gobble up the miles and climb over the hills. Other than that, the E350 is a great cruiser. The brake pedal had a very squishy feel that I didn’t like, and I learned very quickly that this car requires a lot of pedal pressure to bring it to a stop from highway speeds. I immediately thought they felt weak and unresponsive the very first time I stepped on them with a fair amount of force. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the brakes. It felt tight and controlled for such a big car, and the 3.5L V6 engine provided more than enough power to get it moving from a stop quickly. There wasn’t much I didn’t like about driving the Mercedes E350. It felt very high end, though a bit more luxurious than the BMW 3 series. Classy!įirst impressions of the interior were really nice as well. Slather this shade of gray on the Corvette and that would pretty much be my perfect car! This slate gray color is really fitting on this car. The slate gray color of this particular car really helped to enhance the high-class look, and I much preferred this color over the screaming Velocity Yellow on the C7 Corvette I recently drove. It looks good though, and the proportions are nice enough that I considered it to be very stylish and elegant. The E350 looks a lot bigger up close than it does from a distance, and my first impression was simply “wow, that’s a big car”. My very first view of this car – sitting alone and neglected on the Avis rental car lot at the Denver International Airport The E350 is a big car, but it still looks elegant and lean This was certainly the best looking car in this section of the lot, and I was happy to take ownership of it – at least for an afternoon. The “Mercedes” they gave me was a 2015 slate gray E350 that looked highly out of place sitting in the corner of the Avis lot surrounded by small economy cars, giant SUV’s, and sterile minivans. My alternate choices this afternoon were a “BMW” or a “Mercedes” according to the Avis agent, and having already driven a BMW 328i, I decided to go with the Mercedes. This wasn’t all that disappointing, because quite frankly, the XTS isn’t that exciting of a car and it was certainly nothing I was desperately looking forward to driving. I had a Cadillac XTS reserved well in advance of this trip, and despite several of them sitting on the lot when I arrived, they claimed that none were available and I would have to choose something else instead. Long story short, this was a rental car from Avis at the Denver International Airport.
